Not if you want to make some money with their widgets. I am not quiet sure what is their position on that. LeapFish marketing director avoided my question about their potential linking payola via affiliate widget. I have been in affiliate marketing since 2005 and hate when a merchant tries to pull a fast on you with these sort of things.

Then again, me and LeapFish don't see eye to eye :)

Not sure if the cold calling still works, but I believe it does belong in the last millennium.

One would be better off producing 3 or 4 top notch press releases for the price of one "keyword" on LeapFish.

Great blog by the way. Wish you much of success with it!

I think you might be right, so I just took off the flashy/gimicky widgety thingy, given that the sales tactics of this service are somewhat questionable - see
<a href="http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/02/03/the-leapfish-chronicles-admitting-to-click-fraud-is-an-interesting-business-model/" rel="nofollow">TechCrunch Article about Leapfish</a>

Don't want to get into any more trouble than we have to, now do we?

Not sure you are allowed to modify their search widget by removing the non-script element from it ;) - the part that says "Powered by LeapFish"?
