and learn about social media and WordPress blogging.

RE BarCamp San Diego will take place on November 12 during the National Association of REALTORS annual convention – sign up here - more details:

Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a break for lunch
Registration: Begins at 8:30 AM
Twitter Hashtag: #REBCSD

The event will be held in the historic Downtown Gaslamp Quarter in an amazing nightclub called Stingeree a hotspot that attractes the rich and famous and the wantabees too – all you out of towners are due for a real treat!

Barcamps were inspired by the originator of Foo Camps (Wikipedia reference) or foobars – open source publishing luminary Tim O’Rielley back in 2005.

The history of real estate BarCamps is pretty interesting too – the first was last year, right before the Inman Conference in San Fransisco and they have mushroomed since, sprouting all over the Nation!

Here are all the Real Estate Barcamps – quite the list!
